A French ashtray from the 1950s, crafted from a single block of green onyx with stunning, undulating natural veins. Its simple cubic form contrasts with the organic softness of the polished central cavity. The celadon green hues, enhanced by translucent white striations, create an elegant and luminous decorative effect. A piece that is both functional and sculptural, emblematic of the 1950s taste for noble, mineral materials.
