Wooden footstool by the east german furniture manufacturer veb möbelwerk naumburg. The footstool is made of solid oak and woven with a strong rope.
the footstool has been completely restored in our workshop, including the replacement of the rope.
veb naumburg was once one of the largest furniture manufacturers in east germany, best known for the metal chairs of the veb metallwaren division. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
however it is well documented in design history. I take full responsibility for any authenticity
