This vibrant floral painting bursts with energy and warmth, making it a stunning centerpiece for any space. The bold coral-orange background creates an uplifting and cheerful atmosphere, perfectly complementing the dynamic composition of rich, textured flowers in shades of deep pink and purple. Flecks of yellow, green, and other vivid hues are delicately splattered across the canvas, adding depth and a sense of movement, reminiscent of a blooming garden kissed by sunlight.

The painter’s expressive brushstrokes and layered textures lend the piece a contemporary yet timeless feel, ideal for brightening a room or adding a splash of color to a neutral interior. The sturdy greens of the stems ground the composition, offering balance and stability amidst the joyous bursts of floral tones. This piece is perfect for art lovers who value vibrancy, energy, and the beauty of nature captured with an artistic flair.

Angela Wakefield has twice been on the front cover of ‘Art of England’ and featured in ARTnews, attracting international attention and critical acclaim with her urban landscape paintings of New York, London & the North of England. The style of painting has been described as ‘contemporary realism’, and is often favourably compared with Edward Hopper by collectors and art critics.
