The glass makers blew all the edges spiral with web in a particular shape of a conch. Picked for the beauty and size; conch shells would have been blown and heard for miles in ancient cultures. This conch is 6.5 inch wide, 9 inches deep and 3.5 high. I believe it to be made during the 1950's. I found this amazing piece in the window of a store in Cambria, CA. See less
