Large wall mirror dating from the 1960s–1970s, designed in the style of Antonio Lupi. This model perfectly illustrates the Italian aesthetic of the 1970s through a subtle interplay of overlapping mirrors.
Its composition combines a smoked mirror with a central clear mirror, creating a balanced graphic contrast. The oval shape, highlighted by a peripheral bevel in clear glass, accentuates the depth and visually structures the whole. Depending on the viewing angle and ambient light, a subtle natural halo appears at the junction of the two surfaces.
The soft lines and fluid silhouette reflect the spirit of 1970s design. The finish is meticulous, with no visible screws, reinforcing the piece's formal purity.
The mirror is equipped with brackets on the back for vertical or horizontal hanging.
Some signs of age and traces of oxidation are visible on the smoked mirror as well as on the clear section, consistent with its age (see photos). These do not detract from its visual impact.
