Vintage: Monumental Moroccan Large and oversized, carved wood and forged iron doors. These were purchased there and shipped to United States, by an Interior Designer's, who was working on a project. in Palm Beach Island, Florida. The initial client, after the fact for whatever reason, changed their mind on the dynamics during the process, and whereupon they fell into our laps, to offload them within this portal. IF one knew this designer, they go worldwide and scour the markets for unique pieces for all their projects, but nothwithstaning there ar many of these unique doors in the market. These may bemused for a perimeter walled exterior area, or within any interior domain, given the circumstances. Alone can see form the images, either natural or overhead lighting somewhat changes the dynamics of the coloration of the wood. Predominantly the pinkish wood tint is closest in its natural elements. The main images was when there was overhead fluorescent lighting, to which we expressed doors to be open and capture the natural wonder of the details and the wood in actuality. The iron forged elements have a wonderful patine, and form the nuanced hand wrought detailing in the process. ALSO need to mention the close up areas whereupon the wood looks lighter, happens when getting closer to the details, "only," meant to showcase the metal forged work. Notwithstanding there are wonderful areas within the carved wood panels, such as: the finials and arched door detailing to the central format of each door, cross-hatched and/or braided interwoven details, raised relief and mitered, panels throughout, quasi spindle relief and carved filigree or foliage areas to certain areas of panels. ALSO, within each larger door, is a central feature with iron work, to also open another door or window door.
A wonderful all inclusive style, and craftsmanship from a bygone era and height of style, eclectic, and far reaching into many other design diaspora's
