Hand-painted on paper with a luminous pearlescent finish, the lotus pond scene features oversized lotus leaves, delicate blooms, and a vivid kingfisher in flight, executed in soft pinks, muted lavender, and cool blue-greens.

Black lacquered wood frame with green brocade border and dark fabric reverse with original brass hanging hooks for wall mounting. Equally stunning displayed freestanding on a console or credenza.
