This is a pale green Haviland chocolate pot with a backstamp that is dated 1876 to 1889. The chocolate pot has a pink floral design with raised gold trim and a gold painted ribbon handle with gold trim. It may also be signed, but I do not know by who. It comes with the matching lid.
The chocolate pot measures 5.00 inches wide across the bottom and 3.00 inches wide across the rim. It is 7 7/8 inches tall to the rim and 9.00 inches tall to the top of the lid.
The flowers may be hand painted and they have some hand decorated details. There is raised gold trim above the flowers and the pot is shown from several angles as each side is different from the others.
The gold painted handle is done in a ribbon shape and all the rims are painted in gold.
The chocolate pot has no chips, cracks, crazing or other damage. The signature on the bottom is shown.
