This is a Very Nice Looking Authentic Vintage American Duck Decoy. Circa Mid 20th Century.
It is completely hand made - hand carved out of Solid Pine Wood. It still retains the majority of its original hand painted features. It has a wonderful Style & Form and Displays Nicely. I found this piece on one of my Recent Picking Adventures in the Down East Coastal Maine Region. Overall Condition is Very Good. This is a Life Size "Working Decoy" - Meaning that it was Actually Made to be Used For Duck Hunting.
It Measures 6 3/4 inches Tall x 12 1/2 inches Long x 6 5/8 inches Wide.
