The painting began as a study but resulted in a stand alone work. Bold reds fuse into soft pinks which are surrounded by peachy oranges with a hint of black, white and yellow oil paint. The oil paint showcases its qualities of luminosity and rich buttery consistency with the subtle impasto technique employed.
