"Dreaminess" was created by the British artist Dorofield Hardy (1882–1920). The artwork depicts a woman in traditional Ottoman-style dress seated in an ornately decorated room embroidering.. The setting features classic Orientalist elements, including intricate lattice windows, a wool rug, tiled windows and colorful furniture. This contemporary example was painted at the end of the 20th century. Framed in wood with a gold finish.
