This beautiful beautiful piece gets its name for widely being used by attorneys (barristers) for filing in the early 20th century. American made in Cincinnati, OH by the Globe-Wernicke furniture company.
This 4‑module Globe‑Wernicke barrister bookcase is in very good condition. It has original finish and is made of mahogany and maple and has original brass pulls. It has been discreetly altered to accommodate wiring. Company name and item/finish clearly marked. Very good condition 63.5"x 33W x 13D.
