This is the Model S102 (without armrests) chair by Ynske Kooistra for Markro Holland. These chairs are also called school chairs, spinning chairs, or compass chairs. The chairs have a Pagholz seat and stand on a sturdy black steel scissor frame. The scissor frame is an icon of Dutch mid-century functionalism. Industrial design that remains enormously popular and fits into many interiors!
