A silky oak side cabinet designed by betty joel and made by w v irwin at token works. Dated 1931.
the label bears betty joel’s signature alongside that of the cabinet maker.
wonderfully handmade in solid australian silky oak. The cabinet has an inset glass top above an open compartment, with a two‑door cupboard below.
in very good original condition, showing a few light marks in places. The glass inset is a later replacement, sitting loose on the top.
the cupboard space is 26cm high. The open compartments are 20cm and 23cm high respectively. This piece has an attribution mark,
i am sure that it is completely authentic and take full responsibility for any authenticity
