scandinavian art deco inlaid birch center table circa 1920.
we are pleased to offer this stunning table which has just been re-polished by hand in our workshop.
circular top with flame birch veneer segments fanning out from the centre, further decorated with a salt and pepper strung border, finished with a deep apron. top is raised on a beautiful fluted trumpet like base, with a slight contrasting edge to each side. scallop shaped platform base and raised on turned bun feet.
perfect piece for the grand hallway entrance, or centre piece for any room around the home.
very slight ridging to veneer in the middle, minor surface marks in line with age and use. fully restored and ready for everyday use.
