This is a beautiful hand-pulled woodblock reproduction of Utagawa Hiroshige’s "Original Fuji, Meguro," plate No. 25 from his 1857 masterwork series One Hundred Famous Views of Edo. The scene depicts the "Moto-Fuji" (Original Fuji), a popular man-made pilgrimage mound in the Meguro district, framed by dramatic pine trees and cherry blossoms at its base. Artist use Washi paper.
