This portable vanity set was designed by Makio Hasuike for Gedy in Italy during the 1970s and exemplifies the innovative plastic design of the period.
Constructed in vibrant yellow ABS, the compact case opens to reveal organized interior compartments and a foldable mirror. The clean geometry and integrated functionality reflect Hasuike’s industrial design philosophy, merging utility with bold visual identity.
Produced during the peak of Italian Space Age experimentation, the piece stands as a refined example of collectible 1970s domestic design.
Preserved in excellent vintage condition with only minor superficial marks.
