This piece is a refined example of Scandinavian Jugendstil (Art Nouveau), where restrained Nordic elegance meets the fluid ornamentation of the continental Art Nouveau movement.

The tray presents a luminous white glazed porcelain ground adorned with a stylized interlaced border in soft cobalt and teal tones. The rhythmic geometry of the decoration reveals a sophisticated interpretation of Jugendstil principles — organic yet controlled, decorative yet harmonious.
