Its slender, … Read more This superb vintage black metal coat rack perfectly embodies the joyful and graphic aesthetic of the Mid-Century period. Its slender, curved structure evokes post-war modernist design, while maintaining a light and airy feel.

The hooks are adorned with colorful wooden balls in red, green, and yellow, adding a playful and warm touch that contrasts harmoniously with the black metal.

In the center, an integrated vertical mirror adds both functionality and elegance, perfect for a final check before heading out. At the bottom, a cleverly integrated umbrella stand, embellished with colorful scoubidou cords, enhances the decorative character while remaining practical for everyday use. A zinc tray is integrated to collect rainwater. Bags or hats can also be placed on the top of the coat rack.

This coat rack is in very good condition. There are only very discreet signs of wear. The mirror, however, shows numerous pits and signs of wear (see photos). But it remains fully functional.
