An iconic piece of post-war design, the Model 30 table lamp was created in the 1950s by French designer Georges Frydman for Temde. This example features a new deep red silk shade that adds warmth and visual richness, beautifully balancing the lamp’s refined structural elements.
The design blends elegant proportion with functional clarity: a teak base and a slender metal stem that supports the shade, while the carefully calibrated diffuser ensures soft, comfortable illumination, a hallmark of Frydman’s lighting designs. Its timeless aesthetic suits both classic and contemporary interiors, offering both atmospheric light and sculptural appeal.
The metal stem can be shifted. Shade diameter: 27cm. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
however it is well documented in design history. I take full responsibility for any authenticity
