The composition pairs a deep matte ground with a sculpted white shell and two glossy yellow yolks, emphasising contrast between flat paint and protruding relief. Texture is central: the foam clay registers the artist’s gestures, subtle fingerprints and sculpted edges that modulate light and shadow.
