Political play and the fragility of systems converge in this modular domino wall sculpture red lunar motif on black wood panel, mixed-media foam clay. This mixed-media work presents a bold red lunar form that intrudes into a matte black field, pairing a sculpted foam-clay relief with painted wood and applied spherical elements. The piece foregrounds themes of game, chance and political choreography: domino, modular installation and played systems recur across the composition. The red lunar surface, worked with textured modeling paste and enamel wash, creates cratered reliefs that read as both planetary skin and human cartography — a metaphor for migration routes and shifting borders. Repetition of the domino motif and the modular format allows this panel to operate alone or as part of a larger, scalable installation; the work is conceived to be combined with additional domino panels to form variable sequences and field installations. Technically, the work is executed in foam clay and enamel on a black painted wood panel, with hand-formed spheres and subtle splatter detailing that extend the piece’s field into pictorial space. Ideal for collectors interested in conceptually driven, installation-ready mixed-media sculpture that interrogates play, politics and movement.
