The base is a hand-carved elephant carved from a single block of solid teak wood. The elephant is a symbol of luck, wisdom, and strength in many Eastern cultures.
The elephant's back and the surface of the tabletop feature refined brass inlay work depicting floral motifs (often lotus flowers).
The top has a slightly concave shape reminiscent of offering tables or Eastern ceremonial chairs.
