Large Ceramic Table Lamp Signed L. Drimmer – 1950s/60s
This glazed ceramic lamp is signed L. Drimmer, a French ceramist active in the second half of the 20th century. The piece features a hand-painted, exotic design depicting a Polynesian woman surrounded by tropical foliage and pineapples, typical of the 1950s and 60s craze for exoticism.
Its crackled glaze in warm tones and its generous shape give it a highly decorative, mid-century charm.
