Made by the maker Baumann. Baumann is a slightly off the radar French producer just starting to gain traction in the market. Baumann was founded in 1901, by Swiss man Emile Baumann, in Colombier Fontaine, France. Baumann started producing a simple child’s chair but grew rapidly to be a large bentwood producer with showrooms all over France. These chairs date from the 1950’s, a very classic shape with a stunning and unusual seat pattern. We service and wax each chair before they leave our workshop and we deliver chairs of excellent quality. Seat Height: 47cm.

All of our vintage products show the rich beauty and history of their life with the knocks and bumps of many years of use and we try to minimise restoration to keep every piece as original as possible.
