Original mid-century sideboard by Silkeborg Møbelfabrik, designed by Johannes Andersen, model 240, made in Denmark around the 1960s. This elegant sideboard is an outstanding example of high-quality Scandinavian furniture design with clean lines, functional design, and excellent craftsmanship.

Made of oak veneer with finely crafted solid wood edging and numerous other solid wood elements. The two smooth-running tambour/louvered doors open to reveal a generous storage space with two compartments and height-adjustable shelves. The sideboard also features three interior drawers made of lighter maple, which provide an elegant contrast to the oak body. Solid wood handles, tapered legs, and the sturdy solid oak frame underscore the high quality of this piece of furniture.

Condition: Very good, well-maintained vintage condition with minimal signs of age-related wear. An extremely high-quality and rare sideboard for stylish living and dining areas.
