We have an absolutely gorgeous antique Jacobean Revival sideboard for sale, made by J.B. Van Sciver Co. It dates to the early 20th century and features the bold, architectural details that define classic Tudor and English manor style furniture. With its rich walnut tones, carved panels, and substantial turned legs, this piece brings warmth, and history to any space.
The design showcases beautifully paneled cabinet doors, decorative carved accents, a central diamond motif, and a sturdy stretcher base all hallmarks of Jacobean Revival craftsmanship. The proportions are balanced and elegant, making it equally suited for traditional interiors, historic homes, or as a dramatic contrast piece in modern spaces. This piece comes with a key, though I don’t think it’s an original.
Please keep in mind that this is a very old piece. It’s not going to look fresh off the line. That being said, I’d like to point out some imperfections for the purpose of complete transparency. There is scratching throughout. The insides of the drawers are far from pristine. There are imperfections on the top. There are imperfections on the sides, and on the legs.
