Vintage Flintridge China California Blue w Platinum Borders Lidded Sugar Bowl & Creamer
Excellent vintge condition. Clean, no damage. Looks new and unused. It is bone china by Flintridge China. The pattern name is Glenrose and was made in the US during the 1960s. It is was produced between 1964 to 1970s. Beautiful blue color with white interior. It does have a real platinum trim. High-end vintage china manufacturers like Flintridge China used a liquid form of precious metal (platinum or gold) that was hand-applied to the rims and then fired in a kiln to fuse it to the porcelain.
These are hard to find and as a discontinued pattern. Great for collectors looking to replace missing pieces in their existing sets. They recommend that these not be put in microwaves and should be hand-washed.
Approx meas creamer: 3" T; 5.5" L; 3" Dia; 8 oz liquid capacity. Sugar bowl; 4.5" T; 6" L (incl handles); 3.5" Dia.
