Vintage Chinese Yixing clay tea / coffee pot with a bamboo leaf motif. It is made from purple clay (zisha), a type of unglazed, porous earthenware from the Yixing region of China. The handle and spout are shaped like bamboo branches, and there are carved/applied blue bamboo leaves on the body and lid.
