A Gorgeous Framed Besler Basilius "Cinera Cum Flore" Hand-Colored Artichoke Print. The illustration was originally created by Basilius Besler (1561–1629) who was a well-respected botanist. This is a reproduction printed in the late 20th century.
Framed in a lovely wooden frame with black accents.
Dimensions: 26 3/4"W x 1"D x 31"H
Condition: Great vintage condition. Wear consistent with age and use. Antiquing to edges of mat, minimal discoloration to art, and some surface wear to frame. Please see photos.
