Acquired in France, a lovely small antique landscape oil painting by French artist, Camille Ravot (1873-1945).
Ravot was a French sculptor and lithographer based in Paris. Born in Villenauxe-la-Grande, Aube, Ravot pursued a multifaceted career in the arts, producing sculptures, lithographs, oil paintings, watercolors, and drawings, often capturing themes of human form and historical events.
This lovely framed scenic painting has the most beautiful colors and is painted on wood panel. Framed in a gilt wood frame that measures 12-1/2" by 8."
Excellent condition with Ravot's signature in the lower left hand corner.
