Pink travertine pedestal base mid century modern coffee table by Hekman, made in the USA in the 1960s.
The bottom half of the base resembles a terraced pyramid, with the top half consisting of turned components. Rings of black lacquer punctuate the ascent, contrasting perfectly with the golden-brown color of the pecan wood.
