The glaze flows from the tall flared neck down into a textured, charcoal base, creating strong contrast and depth. The surface has a dimensional, molten quality that reads differently from every angle.

Excellent proportions, with a tall, elegant neck and wide, rounded body. Brass tone base and hardware. It stands 28 inches to the top of the socket and measures 11 inches at its widest point. This is a substantial, room-defining lamp, not a small accent piece.

A strong example of late 1960s to early 1970s American ceramic drip glaze design. Works equally well in mid century, 70s modern, or high contrast interiors.
