The … Read more Broken Mirror is a mirror created in 2017 from the collaboration between Gufram and the New York studio Snarkitecture. The reflective surface is surrounded by a soft polyurethane frame—a direct reference to Gufram's signature material—creating an alienating optical effect, as if the room were opening onto the outside world or another environment. The polyurethane framing the mirror is entirely hand-hewn, making each Black Mirror slightly different from the next, making it a one-of-a-kind piece.
