The works are characterized by bold use of color and manipulation of surface and texture through vivid, heavy brush strokes. His work is a synthesis between 17th C. He is a well known Catalonian artist in the tradition of Catalan culture of Antoni Gaudi, Joan Miro, Salvador Dali, Antoni Tapies and Pablo Picasso. He works in assemblage with sheets, plastics and the previously mentioned books. He does torn paper collage in the tradition of Burhan Dogancay, Mimmo Rotella, Romare Bearden, Henri Matisse Mark Bradford, and Peter Beard.
