The table is structurally excellent: legs, apron, and extension system are solid, stable, and fully functional.

It retains its original vintage finish, which shows visible surface wear, water marks, and areas of finish loss consistent with age and use. It would absolutely benefit from professional refinishing.

I am relocating this weekend and unable to refinish it myself, which is why I am offering it as-is. For a dealer or restorer, this presents a clear margin opportunity after refinishing and resale.
