This is a very fine 18th Century French authentic antique armoire / wardrobe that was Inherited from an estate in Richmond VA, and originally imported from France in the 1980s.
It is constructed of beautiful wood - probably Walnut or Oak - in French Provincial style, Louis XV inspired.
Contains original finish as well as original French blue interior paint.
Has two doors, each with three panels. Separate lovely coved bonnet topper.
The interior has three (3) shelves (2 not pictured but include in sale).
It measures 88" tall (including 6" feet and 4" bonnet), 52" wide, 22 1/2" deep.
Sits on square feet.
Contains decorative carving and 2 decorative key holes.
One door has interior lock but no key and no latch on opposite door.
