A vintage French Provincial style coffe table with a scalloped-edge, stunning parquetry tabletop and cabriole legs.
The inlayed diamond pattern with burl wood accents is gorgeous, and the varnish at the top make it shine with elegance.
I am not at ease with wood species, but it seems to me that we have walnut here. I took the picture next to the golden oak flooring as a reference.
Dimensions:
Tabletop length = 56 inches
Tabletop width = 24 inches
Height = 16.5 inches
Condition: little dents and scratches, consistent with age and use. No discoloration. The table is structurally sound and all legs are equal in height. Legs are attached with screws, so in case you find the table wobbling after moving it around, this is something that you can easily fix yourself.
