An arresting garniture set of three antique Chinese figural vases, richly decorated with hand-painted warrior and court procession scenes set within mountainous landscapes.
The central baluster vase stands prominently at 14.5 inches tall, flanked by two smaller companion vessels, creating a classic symmetrical display ideal for a mantel, entry console, or vitrine.
Each piece features a finely crazed (crackle) glaze ground with polychrome enamel decoration in celadon greens, iron reds, rose, and ink tones. The animated battle and equestrian scenes evoke traditional themes of protection, valor, and imperial storytelling common in late Qing decorative porcelain.
Lids are topped with molded guardian dog finials, lending sculptural dimension and symbolic presence.
Notable detail: The two smaller vases fluoresce under black light in multiple areas, suggesting the use of early uranium/radium-based glaze components sometimes found in historic enamel work — a compelling feature for collectors of antique ceramics and scientific curiosities alike.
Character seal marks present to the bases. The smaller urn on the sides measure 12”H x 4”W x 4”D
