This three-piece Austrian/German step-back cabinet embodies the warmth and practicality of rural European craftsmanship.

The upper section features three glazed display compartments with original glass, retaining subtle waviness consistent with age. Beneath the center vitrine are four small spice drawers, above an open serving niche designed for daily utility. The lower case offers two larger drawers over paneled cabinet doors, while the flanking towers provide additional enclosed storage with glazed uppers and solid lower panels.

Constructed entirely of solid pine, this piece showcases hand-cut dovetail joinery, plank backs, and original iron hardware. The white porcelain knobs complement the warm honey patina that has developed naturally over more than a century.

At 74 inches high, it is notably more versatile than many taller European cupboards, fitting comfortably in standard ceiling heights while still offering substantial storage.
