Robert Redbird Sr. (1929-2016) was a Native American Artist who painted in order to preserve and communicate the Kiowa Culture.
His piece "The Fox Song" captures the essence of Native American culture and spirituality.
The painting features a woman in a traditional wrap with a spirit Wolf/Fox in the background, symbolizing the connection between the human and the natural world.
Originally painted in 1949.
