A solid pine dining table by Wasa Möbel, Germany, circa 1980s.
The table features a generously proportioned rectangular top with softly rounded edges, constructed from wide pine planks that display attractive knots and natural grain variation. The surface has developed a warm, even patina, typical of well-made pine furniture from the period.
It is supported by shaped end supports joined by a recessed stretcher, creating a strong, architectural base while allowing good legroom. The design is robust yet restrained, reflecting Wasa Möbel’s focus on practical construction and honest materials.
Structurally sound and ready for everyday use.
