Designed by famous Brazilian designer Percival Lafer and produced by MP Lafer in the 1970's. The geometric frame is constructed of dark Brazilian jatoba hardwood. It features the characteristic leather strapping, while the genuine analine leather generous cushion features refined tufting and a soft voluminous appearance. Lafer's pieces are most notably known for ergonomics, comfort and geometric striking expression. This piece is no exception. The MP-97 in this condition is growing harder and harder to find.
