These ‘Balance’ (model C-1550) wall lamps by Raak Amsterdam were designed by Bertrand Balas. The lamps are designed with French refinement and a touch of southern flair. The lamp is made of gold-colored cast brass with a fine-grained texture.
The lamps are designed to be mounted with the opening facing either downward or upward. They can therefore be used either as standalone pieces or as part of a composition. When arranged as a composition, they can be hung side by side with a free interpretation of the orientations—either both facing the same direction or facing opposite directions.
