The demetrio 70 coffee table, like other pieces designed by magistretti and produced in recent years by artemide as part of the reinforced resin furniture series, proposes a new aesthetic closely linked to production technology. This piece is in excellent condition, with no defects!
the coffee table is made of grp (glassfiber reinforced plastic), a thermosetting plastic composed of a dense weave of glass fibers impregnated with polyester resins. Demetrio is one of the design objects conceived by magistretti using the "resistance through form" system, a method of imparting rigidity to plastic materials based on the geometric configuration imparted to them.
