Benjamin was arguably the market leader in industrial lighting in the 1930’s through to 1960’s. Their main market was providing tough enamelled lamps to large factories. These lamps came from a warehouse in doncaster. The lamps were covered in paint, grease and dirt which was removed to reveal lamps in exceptional original condition. Each lamp has been cleaned and restored and all electrical components have been removed and replaced with modern european ce standard components to bs en 60598. Each lamp is individually tested and labelled to bs en 60598.
