The imposing structure, crafted entirely from mahogany-lacquered tulipwood, lends class and regal elegance to the most refined spaces and to anyone who loves to surround themselves with precious and sophisticated objects. The top opens to reveal a bar compartment that comfortably holds up to 6-8 bottles and approximately 16 glasses, allowing you to offer your finest spirits to all your friends.

The sphere, whose map is a faithful reproduction of the 16th century, rotates entirely around its meridian whether open or closed. Thanks to its retractable wheels, it can be easily moved to add elegance to any room in the home.

Applied 22-karat gold leaf

The Afrodite bar globe is handmade by our expert craftsmen. Applying gold leaf is an extremely precise process: it requires great care, delicacy, and attention throughout every step.

The first step is to apply a glue emulsion to the wooden components, such as the base, equatorial circle, columns, and knob, using a simple brush. This emulsion will allow the gold to adhere.

After cutting the genuine 22-karat gold leaf, it is applied to the wood, again using a brush. Application can take a long time between each step and requires a dry, well-ventilated environment.

After being applied and smoothed, it is fixed to achieve the special warm gold finish, bathing your home or office in light. Signed by Maker See less
