an important low buffet in solid wood, beautifully crafted in its period style, featuring a front richly decorated with carving typical of the provincial louis xv style.

it opens with two drawers in the frieze, adorned with decorative metal fittings, above two molded doors with scalloped lines and rocaille motifs. The keyhole escutcheons and cut-iron handles emphasize the authentic, antique character of the piece.

the central rail is embellished with carved motifs, while the lower plinth features a stylized shell motif, flanked by foliage and resting on cabriole legs, lending elegance and movement to the whole.

the wood, probably walnut or fruitwood, displays a warm, antique patina, with nuances and signs of age that enhance the piece's authenticity.
