In 1934, French designer, architect, and engineer Jean Prouvé designed the Standard chair. Since three prototypes preceded this chair, it was introduced in 1934 as “Chair No. 4” and later developed in several versions under the name “Standard.” A design from a bygone era that cannot be surpassed!

We have three chairs in stock. The chairs are finished in unique cream and dark gray/taupe colors. The frame is metal. The chairs are in good condition with minor signs of wear. A brand name plate is attached to the bottom.
