Crafted from 925 silver plate over a reinforcing composite resin core, they depict the allegorical faces of spring (flowers), summer (ears of wheat), autumn (vine leaves and bunches of grapes), and winter (a bearded old man). A brilliant polished finish is highlighted by antiqued shading in the recesses.
